LSO Online Course Closing Automatically

Hi

In LSO (ESS => My Training and Seminar) when I click on "Start Course" web-based training generated through SCORM, I am able to open the course but within a few seconds, it is closing automatically.

Thought it could be browser compatibility issue and tried on IE, Chrome, and Edge but in all the environments the behavior is same.

Can anyone have this kind of issue before, if yes please let me know the possibilities?

I have found this occurs when the SCORM version that the content was created in is not the same SCORM version selected during the content check-in process when using Authoring Tool.

For instance, if I publish web content in SCORM 1.2 and upload it as SCORM 2004, I get results similar to what you describe.
