User has no assignments however while sending reminders of new learning experience it shows list of due courses with dates.

@Abhishek_Kr, the the 1H 2025 list of known issues (KBA 2692971) doesn't stand to have anything similar to your scenario. Please, consider opening a case to review it, as it stands to require a deeper analysis to understand what's happening.
