Lost Admin permission in SAP Enable Now

We have been correcting an SSO issue with Web Assistant which we have now fixed. However I am now only recognised as a Learner in the Manager (should be Admin/Author) Not able to log back in with my manually created credentials (or my colleague) how can I get my Admin/Author permissions back?

Thanks

David

Hi Jesse,

The problem is the USER ID created manually (before the SSO set up) is the same USER ID as my account so when I do a reset its just resetting the Learner one.

I need to get in as the Admin user but they both have the same user ID.

You should have a welcome email to Enable Now and in that e-mail there will be an Admin User ID and Password for manual login.

If you do not know where that e-mail is you can put a ticket in to get a the password reset

Hope that helps

Click on the Logout button after SSO signs you in.

Then use your manual created ID or your manual ID and password.

If you forgot your password click on request password.

Hope that helps
