Hi everyone,
We’re currently in the early stages of implementing a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) process in SuccessFactors, and I’d really appreciate learning from others who may already be using this functionality.
We’ve started with a basic template in the Performance module, but we’re particularly interested in understanding how other organizations handle the iterative discussions between managers and employees that happen during the PIP process—especially prior to the final review.
If your organization is using PIPs in SuccessFactors, I’d be grateful for your input on:
How these discussions are documented (which module or feature do you use?)
How edit permissions are managed, so that finalized notes remain locked, but future discussions can still be added and updated
Any advice on workflow setup, visibility, and progress tracking
