We recently implemented timesheet logging for projects in our company, so all employees now logs time against each project.
Of course, since we are a marketing agency, some of our employees work on supporting the sales team with opportunities, and we want to be able to track time spent against each opportunity to evaluate the cost vs profit that we get from different kind of opportunities.
Currently I didn't found a way to log time against opportunity, as workaround we've created a project for opportunity against which we log time adding in the work description the opportunity ID, our Data Analyst team is able then to pull those stats externally, like I said, this is a workaround, but maybe there's a feature that we're not aware of and could be used for this.
Any help/suggestions/solutions?
