LMS users import CSV file

hello all!

All users I have imported to active directory are now viewable on LMS but I cannot see customizable fields for them such as SAP roles, I also cannot see their organizational units. I have used the same CSV template file that is used to export users from LMS system. So given that the template is correct, why can't I see customizable field SAP Role and Organizational Unit?

Hi Marko,

I am assuming you are uploading user data manually via the "Import Data" tool and the upload file is formatted correctly and the data is stored in the LMS database.

The main reasons why you can't see user data information fields:

1. If you can't see custom user data information it could be related with a missing admin permission in the LMS "View User Custom Fields"

2. If you can't see certain user data fields they might haven't been added through the user entity configuration please check - System Admin - Configuration - Entity Configuration - User and search for the fields you would like to have displayed.
