Why when an employee's manager leaves the organisation and during the termination process they are assigned to the manager's manager, which is then displayed in the Employee Profile does this not update the employee's User Profile in LMS?
The employee receives an 'Inactive Manager' error when attempting to open the LMS module.
Request clarification before answering.

Standard LMS integration only takes direct supervisor to LMS.
You have the option to create a user with the error value, for example:
I create a user called Inactive Manager in LMS, then somebody can use that user to approve all lost approvals for users.
