Hello there,

Depending on the scenario of how you import the users, but technically we would use the User Connector - SF for platform users, which should have a status of "Active", and use the User Connector for external learners, which should have a status of "Functional".

By separating the connectors, you should be able to predefine the license type from the config file for the connectors.
