Does SAP fully support
Learning only users
created thru
User connector (Not SF User Connector)
and what is the limitation of these connector ?
To my knowledge, except the authentication that need to be done thru IAS, there should be few limitations.
My main concern is to know wether this connector remains "fully supported" by SAP or it's only intended to be used by legacy customers and should not be used by new customers

You need to have IAS/IPS setup to use the external user functionality.
I have that configured in my instance. A few times a year we get an external group who need to complete our training. The names are loaded via user_data.txt connector if I have over 3 to enter. When it is just 1 or 2 users, I will just enter them manually in the LMS.
Go to the admin and create a new site for the external users at: System Administration / Application Administration / Sites
Then configure IAS/IPS
