Lms Survey successfactors

Hi experts,

On LMS SuccessFactors, surveys are configured and linked to individual courses. The issue is that our client would like to create an analytical report on the responses. I tried extracting LMS data through People Analytics, but the only confirmed limitation from SAP is that for responses tied to fixed rating scales, the labels are not visible—only the database save ID is displayed.

Could you provide a workaround to overcome this issue?

If so, then there is no workaround from the standard product perspective.
