Hi,

I wanted to check if it's possible to share the LMS story report with all users in the organization without granting them learning admin permissions. Could you please let me know if this can be done?

Hi @siddhesh_chavan ,

When a user runs a Story report, it returns only the Learning data that the user can view in Learning portal.

LMS story reports can be shared with end users and they can view data based on permissions set in Learning application.

Hi Subbu, Thank you for the clarification. I understand that the LMS story reports are filtered based on user permissions in the Learning portal and can be shared with end users accordingly.
