LMS Search for Library-No libraries were found with the provided search criteria.

Hello,

We have a learning admin who created an Item and try to add that Item to their Library that they have access, but received a message "No libraries were found with the provided search criteria" when search for the library to add to the Item.  Also, when searching for the specific Library still no results.  I've checked the permission and the role assigned  to the Admin does have permission to do all these tasks.

Have anyone have this same issue? and what is the resolution if any.

@Tam, check if this Learning admin role has any restrictions, limiting the entities that can be edited/viewed.

Hello, thank you for your quick respond. The admin role does have the permission and no restrictions on the entities. The admin is able to view the libraries but not able to add item to the library. They have permission to do these task.

@Tam check on what Domains are the libraries sitting as there might be Domain restrictions

Is there another Learning admin that has the same role and is this Learning admin also impacted? Try changing the role to "ALL" to verify the system behavior.

The "All" permission works. However, employee is able to access the Library and assign the Item to their Library and it's work with current permission. But still not able to assign the Library to Item from the Item page. The work around works for them now.
