I am seeking advice on an issue that we have with Request Observations in the new learning experience.
When employee opens request observers they see a list of Instructors and when they select my region it narrows down to region - AMER, EMEA, APAC
However, we would like to go down to the STATE level, as AMER region is very big and it doesn't make sense for our learners to be requesting observation from somebody on East coast when they are located in the state on West coast.
When I raised this with SAP they said I can only create a post in innovation center with a suggestion for an improvement.
Is there anybody who was having similar issue? And what was your work around - to show to your learners which observer is in their state/location?
