We use the Curricula Item Status Report when it comes to Curricula. It gives very helpful information regarding the compliance of the assigned item(s).
Good question. Our surveys only have a 5-day window before they close so we typically don't worry about looking for pending surveys. Just the results once the window closes. But the report we use is just called "Surveys".
There are a couple of other standard reports in the system, however, that may provide the data you are looking for. I hope this helps and good luck!
