LMS purge users from success factors and external users

Hello,
We have a scenario involving purging users coming from SuccessFactors and users registered on learning sites.
We are trying to understand how this scenario should work. I have been reading the documentation, and as far as I understand, for users from SuccessFactors, the purge should be done in the BizX system using the option DRTM Learning Data Purge. For external users, the documents I read seemed to show how to perform this only for native users (i.e., users without EC). They also mention that the termination date is considered for internal users, which makes it confusing. Will the job purge internal users based on the termination date as well?

Does anyone have documentation about these scenarios or experience with this process and could share how it was handled?

generally users on sites are external learning users only and have a different person GUID than internal users. Your internal purging for Sf Platfomr & Learnign users using DRTM tools will be different than th eLearning-only site external users. For the Latter you will want to review the Help Guide links under the LMS > System Administration > Automatic processes > Native User Deletion & native User Data retention along wiht the Purge Deleted User Audit History depending on your scenario.

Hi, I understanf that people from external sites are external and native only users, but the information in the document, the native only learning, has the information like this is only  for system non integrated with SuccessFactors, and in the information says that the use the termination date for internal users:

That is why I am confused I understand that I should not use this purge process.

Ans in another page from SAP says that this is not fully suported:

Data purge for External Learners isn’t fully supported in SAP SuccessFactors Platform. If you need to purge External Learners, contact Customer Support for other purge options.

So I just wanted to know if this would be the case, if I haven't misundestud this.
