LMS Program Assignments

Greetings,

Is there a way to mass upload LMS participants to a Program? There are other mass uploading templates, but there is not one for Programs. Is mass uploading of participants to a LMS Program possible, and if so, what would be the process for this?

The easiest way to mass assign Programs to specific users is to go to Manage User Learning > Manage Assignments > Select Programs - follow the screens that follow.

No, you cannot use the import for programs like you can with items unfortunately.

As mentioned above, the best way would be Manage User Learning > Manage Assignments > Add Program. Or set up an assignment profile to pick up a population to auto-assign the program.

Hi Dana,

I couldn't find any information nor tricks about this.

As a workaround, i would create an assigment profile:

• if they have a certain common attribute you can use that attribute to create the assignment profile
• if they don't have anything in common but you have a list with the user ID's, I would try to create the assignment profile based on the user IDs (trick: i would paste them with coma and the system separates them).Example below:
