LMS items are opening in new page and redirecting to SSO URL which is in turn causing Invalid login error.

This happens only in New learning page, in the old learning page there are no issues. Any ideas why this is happening and how it can be resolved or if it is happening for all systems

Wondering if you were referring to the OCN contents, where it redirects to LiL or any other content providers via the SSO.

We have seen this problem with one customer, and recall back then the SAP suggestion was to launch inline. However I failed to find the KBA that mentioned this information.

However, recently one of the other customers is facing issues when launching the OCN content inline, the SSO/Authentication wouldn't work, but if launched in a new window, it works perfectly fine. So we raised the case with SAP and SAP is currently investigating the issue.

If your situation does not fit any of the above, could you please elaborate a bit further on what was the issue specifically? Or if the case has been resolved by SAP, could you please provide a bit more insight so that in case we face the same issue in the future, we can refer back to this post?

@naveenaNehra26, if this is happening when the user is in the enhanced search, the new tab/window would be expected (KBA 3599344). The invalid login shouldn't be happening though. Can you review the browser settings to rule it out as the cause (KBA 2310570)?

Hi @PL1 many thanks for your suggestion, it didn't work for us. We have reviewed all Browser setting it doesnt resolve this error. Any other suggestion or what could be broken? Thanks a lot!!

I tried to check it is somehow redirecting to SF instance URL, instead of the learning URL

Considering the browser settings were reviewed and the problem remains, it'd be better to open a case with Support to review it. In the case, share the steps, impacted users, and access through one impacted user for troubleshooting purposes. Two points to be added in the case: Does the impacted population consist of Learning only users? Is the near real-time enabled in the impacted system?
