LMS Item Connector

Hi,

For item connector configuration I have followed below steps.

1) System Admin - System Configuration - Connectors - (Here I mentioned SFTP server credentials)

2) System Admin - Tools - Downloaded Connector Template.

3) Filled the template with data.

4) Now how do I Keep the template at FTP location.

5) System Admin - Connectors - Item Connectors - Scheduled the job.

Please help me with my query.

Hi Ishita,

You have to use a ftp client, like FileZilla, to connect to the file server, and upload the connector file (template with data) to be consumed by SSFF.

This is something to do with SF Provisioning? If you have any work document regarding this, please share.

Hi Ishita,

Using the Item connector can be tricky, but no, you don't need any provisioning job to run it.
