LMS - Is there a way to upload External event learning history in bulk at once?

Hi,

I want to know about the way to upload External event learning history in bulk.

Is there a  function like "System Administration > System Management Tools > Import Data"? As far as I know, this feature doesn't work for external event.

I know there is a menu "Manage User Learning > Add to Learning History for Multiple Courses", but I want to upload the history data of each of the multiple users taking different courses at once.

If there's a way, please let me know.
