Good day! We have a scenario where our Admins have created Learning Only users manually through "Add New" but the users dont have access to LMS. We dont have LMS site either.
The purpose of creation was to record only the completions and internal training records. They dont need to access LMS at all. Will their account get removed in the system after 2H2024 on Nov 2024? Can we still continue to use this setup after 2H2024?
