Dear all,
We have had a Business Unit configure and use LMS for some time before they moved to another product. Another Business Unit wants to use SF LMS. How do we go about cleaning all the previous configuration and master data from both Preview and Live? The Instance Refresh Tool cannot be used for this scenario I guess. Has anyone worked on such a case or has any idea?

For each tenant, your team may open a ticket to the 'LOD-SF-LMS-REF' component, asking for a blank refresh, to get the LMS tenant restored to its factory state.
Please open the ticket by providing the refresh form available at the 'Attachments' section of KBA https://me.sap.com/notes/2165346
