LMS: How to share class (video) recordings to employees after completion?

Hello community,

Does anyone have experience with sharing documents or recordings after class completion?

We hoped we could add a Document Link to the completed class, but bumped into an issue here: After an administrator or instructor marked class completion for class attendees, the item will appear in someone's learning history. In the details of the learning history record, we can retrieve the Class ID. Further the learner can access the item, but they can't access the specific class that they completed. That means that the document link is unaccessable to them. 

Does anyone of you have experience with workarounds?

@louis_oli4, the "Document Link" option available at the item level might help you with it (Adding Documents to Learning Items).

Hi PL1, thanks for your comment. This could probably mean that the recording is accessible to anyone, regardless of their completion? Ideally, only people who completed the item/class can access the document afterwards. Do you have any solutions for this?
