Hi, we have recently implemented SuccessFactors LMS for both Internal Staff and External Learners but we have been running into some session errors in both Test and Production. The most common error we see is the below 'Failed to Extend the Session' which we see in both the learner page while running eLearning and in the Learning Admin backend.
We have also been getting learners reporting their sessions have timed out during them taking eLearning, they get the below error saying 'A communication error occurred during the server ping to keep the session alive'
After checking my browsers developer tools, I did come across a few issues related to CORS - Cross-Origin Resource Sharing, CORB - Cross-Origin Read Blocking and Invalid configuration option 'OWASP_CSRFTOKEN' (See attached screenshots) and I believe these are blocking LMS from pinging Bizx to keep the sessions alive but I'm not sure if this is a Browser setting on our network or if it is some missing configuration on the SuccessFactors side. These issues don't happen for our External users as they are learner only users accessing through a Learning Site.
Has anyone else come across these issues before? Any help will be much appreciated.
