Hello !
We've been testing a lot our training on our LMS. The training is only composed of book pages and a quiz project, no simulation. We want our LMS to give certification for validation of the training when the user watched all the book pages and obtained the required score on the quiz project. However, we have some trouble with the parameters as the LMS shows the training as failed or ongoing.
Here is what we have right now as settings.
Thank you for your help.
Irina

Hi Irina,
the settings in your screenshot look ok. There are other settings which influence the tracking, though. Please read through the blog post if you haven't already and have a look at the KBA 2902368 - FAQ for successful SAP Enable Now SCORM export. It's also relevant for other LMS.
When you publish your content as a SCORM file and you have projects to count into the completion, make sure to set the Book Display to "Show only books" or "Show books and direct sub objects" depending on what you want to track.
Here is an image showing the structure in SAP Enable Now and how it is read out by the LMS:

Please consider involving a consultant for help with more complicated set up varieties.
Hope this answers your question, if not please reach out to a consultant or open up an incident.
Take Care,
Kristina

Thank you for your answer. I edited my initial post to add the screenshot. Our LMS is Cornerstone.

(Your image didn't come through - can you re-attach it?)
What LMS are you using? Either way, SCORM tracking is a tricky area at the best of times. There's a few good pages on the Community on publishing SCORM to SuccessFactors, but for more generic information see the Preparations for SCORM Export and SCORM and AICC Export in the Info Center, here: https://enable-now.sap.com/ic/wa/ext/~tag/published/index.html?show=group!GR_F8BA0FC968CD2EB9#group!...
Again, let us know which LMS and someone may have some direct experience.
