LMS External Site Issue

Hello Experts,

We have done the configuration to setup IAS for LMS.

When I create a new External Learning Site and try to open the site in a browser, it displays an error - Page cant be found.

Note that external site URL has been added in IAS.

I am encountering the same issue and it seems nobody has an answer to this.
