Greetings,
I created two curriculum requirements in SuccessFactors LMS. I added the two curriculum requirements to my Learning Plan and they appeared normally. When the initial email notification arrived, it was blank. There was no information about the assigned curriculum requirements. Does anyone know why the email notification would not show me the curriculum requirements information. Every item addition or plan change assigned to me appears on email notifications. Why would curriculum requirement information be any different? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Dana Jeffries,
please check the learning notification template configuration. Curriculum requirements have a different tag in the in the notification template then an item. Most likely the tags for curriculum requirements are missing in your template configuration.
Navigate to Learning Administration > System Administration > Manage Email > Email Notification Templates > Search for "ApmStudentLearningPlanNotification" > Launch Editor > Verify Curriculum ID requirements tags are added to the template.
