LMS Curriculum Item Status Report

Hi Team, so i extracted the curriculum item status report for a user, and here's the scenario:

the curriculum has 2 items, say Item A and Item B and User has completed only Item A, but in the "Completed" column it is showing "N" and the completion status for the item is showing as "E-Learning Completed"

the Assignment date for curricula is Oct 12, 2023 but the completion date for Item A in the curricula is Nov 30, 2022.

Please, i really need your input?

I recently encountered an issue with the Curriculum Item Status Report, specifically affecting e-learning items. After a deep-dive analysis, I discovered that the problem stems from the Online Content Settings. To resolve this, the "Add to history on completion of all content" setting must be enabled.

Do you not want previous completions to count?

You need to go into Manage Content of the curricula and set the Ignore previous completions option.
