LMS: automatic sending of certificate of participation

Unfortunately I can't find a solution to the need to automatically send a certificate of participation to the employee who has attended an elearning course in the Sap Successfactors LMS.

Is it possible that sending cannot be automated for online and elearning courses?

I searched for more information and found this KB "2438846 - How to turn on "Certificate of Completion" notification to user?" and in this case, it's an item that is defined as completed in the background and when I schedule the completion I can download the certificate and send it to the user.

Our need is for online/elearning courses that are assigned on assignment rules and that users do autonomously by accessing the LMS.

Is it possible that at the end of the course, the certificate is sent automatically by the system?

Can LMS send an automatic notification to the end user containing the certificate?

The standard notification template "CERTIFICATE_OF_COMPLETION" is the one used for when users complete their learning. Take a look into our Learning Implementation Guides for detailed info.
