LMS APPROVAL PROCESS

I have created one approval process for a online paid course with 3 steps. 1st manager, 2nd manager, DMC.

Now, after DMC's approval I want the approval process to be linked with an external portal, where the final course approval will be given along with the course payment code. Using that code user will be paying for the 3rd party online course.

How can I create a process like this?

Hello Ishita,

Learning approval processes are very plain and the only function they have is to give access to items/programs.

So a workaround could be that you create a PDF with the code and link, and then put it in an item.

A more fancy option could be that you ask a programmer to add an extension that read approval processes and send codes for users by email.
