LMS - AG5 API

We have a requirement for building API from AG5 system to Successfactors LMS, where AG5 will pull over the below details using API: course id course title (all language) user id course completion status. Is there any KBA or pointers available for this? 

On another note, can we send the csv file for reports from Successfactors LMS to their SFTP. If yes, please provide the pointers.
