Live profile view Variable Pay-Enhancement

Hi

Looking to understand if it is possible and how to enhance the Live Profile View functionality in Variable Pay to including any Custom fields ( such as Absence Factor affecting Final Bonus) that may be relevant to show to the Users for calculation of Final Bonus? 

Does this require incorporating these custom fields directly into the XML ?

Hi Christian-Thanks for your reply. Just to clarify all the custom fields that we want to display via the Live Profile view in Variable Pay are set up in the template with permission "Everyone". Still only the standard out of box fields from Variable Pay such as "Final Payout" and "Total Target Amount" are visible to everyone including employees. Is there something additional that needs to be done? Thanks

@rkumar1947 Can you share screenshots of the field permissioning screen ? I have built Variable Pay Individual view where I only displayed custom fields in the past.

Thanks Xavier for the clarification. Switching off Enhanced view makes the bespoke fields appear.

Hi @rkumar1947 

As per the screenshots you shared with me in a private message you are using the enhanced Variable Pay individual view which does not support custom fields. You need to use the "regular" individual view to be able to show all fields (turn off the checkbox in Actions for all plans > Company settings).

Hi @rkumar1947 ,

Live Profile View will respect field-based permissions.  I suggest you use this to display the appropriate fields to the employees via the standard 'Everyone' group.  All fields must exist in the template to display them via Live Profile view.
