I think the problem may be the context (Natalie-Display) - that doesn't look like a Fiori app name! If that is what is being captured by the Record SAP Companion Context option, and it is not actually the app name, open an incident because something's not working correctly...

Hmm, interesting! I've never seen that. I'm hazarding a guess that is a personalized page, so even if you do manage to get your Book page to show, it's only going to show for you (or anyone else called Natalie)? I'll have to leave it to someone from SAP who knows this particular app (which is what? What app/tile did you start?) to weigh in on this...
But on the face of it, if the language, product, product version, and Screen ID match then yes, it should appear. If it's not, then check that S/4 is configured to look in the Workarea the Book Page exists in for Learning content (typically it is a different Workarea the help is stored in), that you are running in EXT mode, and that the Book Page is published.
Post your findings here - I'm intrigued, now!
This is the sample website I've created. It's not a personalized page, everyone should be able to see the page. The app details are as below.
"If it's not, then check that S/4 is configured to look in the Workarea the Book Page exists in for Learning content (typically it is a different Workarea the help is stored in)," --> May I know how do I check the configuration for this? And what is EXT mode?
Yup , the Book Page is published in the Producer.
