We have a requirement to host a hyperlink to an external document in the description of a core competency so that it shows up in the Performance Form.
I tried using <a href="URL">Link</a> and it loaded into the competency description as is. But when I launched the performance form, it converted into a hyperlink on the "Link" word and when I click the link word, it took me to the specified URL.
My question here is, will this impact the routing or printing of the form. Does anyone has this type of requirement and how it was handled?
