Link an external document in Goal Description

Hi Team,

We have a requirement to host a hyperlink in the description of a goal in the Goal Library so that whenever the user adds that goal to his/her goal plan so that he/she can click the link to refer the document outside the system.

I tried using <a href="URL">Link</a> and it loaded into the goal library as is. 

Is it possible to define and load hyperlinks to external website in the goal description of the goal library? If so, please guide me what exactly need to be done.

This is not supported in the desc field. However is supported in Introduction/Instruction field at the goal plan template level.
