Hi experts,
Is there are way where I can leave a single line space between steps in the documentation ? Because the documents that I generated looks congested as there is no line space between screenshots and mouse action/Explanation texts.

Hi Mani,
The easiest way to add space to your documentation is to modify the text styles used that are applied to the text. You can add space above and below a paragraph to suit your specific spacing requirements.

Hi. Its working. One last question please.
While working in centralized collaborative content creation, do I need to set server's root group as local Root Group in Producer? Because whenever creating contents, the root group is being edited by me which will not allow other authors to use root group and create further content ?
Hi Mani,
Yes all authors should set the server Root Group as their Root Group also. Authors are only blocked from working on individual content objects that another author is already editing. Beneath a Root Group folder there are typically hundreds of other folders and content objects. Individual authors should always give back editing content - using Finish Editing - when they finish with any folder or content object. That way, it should be rare that authors are blocked from creating or editing content.
