Limited Base for Reports Based on Permissions

Hello,

Could you kindly advise on how to limit the database a user can export using Reports Center? For instance, if a US user runs a report on Employee Info, only the employees from the US are exported. The same would have to be every other available country.

Hi, You can refer to the below KBA https://me.sap.com/notes/2080162 You can enable Provisioning > Company Settings > "Enable Cell Level Permission for data model elements (in all Sub domain schemas)" and "Enable Cell Level Permissions on "Group by Reports". Best regards, Elsa

Hello Elsa, thank you for the explanation, that is very helpful. However, for whatever reason, I can not seem to access the page, receiving a message that says: "No data Unable to fetch data at the moment. This might be due to a server error or a network issue. Please try again later." The same has been happening with every other page on that website. Would you happen to know the reason?
