Limit Work and OT hours in CAT2 Entry

Hi

We are having a new requirement. We following negative time recording .

We have shift employees in our company who work for 6 days and take 2 days OFF. Daily working hours is 8 hrs

Our requirement is we need to limit the Total Working hours and Over time hours in a three week period to 168. If time keeper records OT hours and if the total work hours and OT hours in the 21 days period exceed 168 hours, systems should show ERROR.

Can we perform this requirement through SMOD - User exit CATS0006

Please advise
