We are trying to understand Employee Central Functional License:
The document mention that :
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, core HR option, functional use is available only for the following categories of individuals:
Which means that they are : User has an active pensioner relationship with the company (is paid a pension or equivalent by the company, or their personal data and claims need to be still updated (after employment termination) for the purpose of outsourcing the execution of pensions, similar claims, or payments post termination).
Are Retiree in Employee Central (Retiree in emplstatus/employee profile inactive) will they count as a functional license? Can you bring clarity how we identify Retiree with an active pensioner relationship in SF from a licensing perspective? Is it all “Retired” employee status employee? Is it that they are getting a part of their EC profile updated within a certain period? Or that they are being actively replicated to ECC?
Request clarification before answering.
