Hi Team,
for one of our workareas ( an extended one connectet to standard SAP S/4 Hana content) any library cannot be opened any longer. Regardless wich folder I choose I only get a "loading" screen. I doesn't matter if I try it from the manager of If I try to open a published link from the producer. My local preview still works but nothing from the cloud. As this is pretty new and as this function in other workareas still works, what could it be?

Check the trainer resource on the Manager, and make sure (usually) the latest one is active.

thank you very much . that worked well. But I guess we will have that problem with the connected workareas more often in future , as the new trainer resources loaded only as content which, I would have to fetch the data actively. That's not very comfortable. Is there an automated solution for that case?

This is a problem I've only seen recently (and in another scenario but specific to connected workareas) - where the latest was not the default. I don't know if it is related to work SAP is doing in their standard workarea, but I hope it isn't an ongoing thing. Anyone from SAP care to comment?
This issue has occurred in the latest release. The new trainer resource was added to the extended workareas but not set as a default. I blame the migration script for that. If it occurs again in the 2311, I'll ask my customers to submit incidents, as it feels like a 100% bug.
