Hi,

I am trying to generate a lesson report for a specific project, however my report is coming out empty eventhough users have accessed the content. I have adjusted the tracking settings in producer as well but nothing changed...any advice about this? Thank you!

Hi Lynn,

The Tracking Back End value will be set to SCORM Automatic if you are generating SCORM. Given that the Tracking Back End value cannot be set to two different values simultaneously, you will need to load a second version of the Playback Settings. You can download a second set of settings from SCORM Playback Settings. Scroll down to the Attachments section and download the attachment. Once you have the DKP file downloaded:

1. Open Producer
2. Select Workarea > Import Archive
3. Import the DKP file
4. Adjust the settings to turn on SCORM Automatic for all the content that you want tracked in SCORM, e.g. Demo Mode Simulations and then save the change
5. Right click the new resource and select Server Actions > Save to Server
6. Right click the new resource and select Server Actions > Finish Editing
7. When you generate SCORM again, make sure that you select the correct Playback Settings on the Settings and Styles tab

Hi Lynn,

You mention that you have updated the Playback Settings for your Workarea; did you synchronise the changes to the settings to Manager and then publish the settings? If you are trying to track the completion of Simulations, your Playback settings should be like the following image for each of the different Simulation modes that you wish to track.
