Lerning Center Web Assistant für S/4 HANA kann nicht angebunden werden

Hallo

Aktuell kann ich keine Buchseiten oder sonstiges mit dem Learning Center im Web Assistant für S/4 verknüpfen. Auf SuccessFactors hat es bisher Problemlos funktioniert, jedoch nicht für S/4. Wie kann ich hier am besten Vorgehen?

Bisheriges Vorgehen:

- Launchpad geöffnet

- Entsprechende Buchseite im Producer geöffnet und auf "Kontext aufnehmen - Web Assistant" geklickt

- Internetbrowser mit geöffnetem Launchpad angewählt (Profil: SAP Ui)

- Publiziert

Könnt ihr mir weiterhelfen, warum mir anschliessend die Seite im Learning Center nicht angezeigt wird?

If it is working in SF but not in S/4, and you can see that the context has been captured correctly, then it is probably something in the S/4 set-up. Check that you are pointing the S/4 system to the correct Workarea as the Learning App. Also double-check that the context recorded in the content parameters is the same as is being requested in Web Assistant.

Hallo Elin,

vielleicht existiert noch kein generisches WA Objekt für den Kontext? Öffne bitte mal die Seite im S/4 mit dem WA offen und prüfe, ob eine Meldung kommt.

Hast du den Kontext überprüft wie Jesse geschrieben hatte?
