Leaves not deducting

Dear Experts,

Leave is not deducting for some employee for Friday.

If leave applied for Monday to Friday, totally deduction from leave balance is 4 and not 5.

I check the work schedule and assigned a new one too. The work schedule shows Saturday & Sunday off.

Hi,

Then the issue seems to be a recalculation issue. Try triggering a manual absence recalculation and check if the quantities are updated?

Is Friday a Holiday by any chance? Did you have any Absence Counting Method assigned to the time type?

Please check these 2 aspects.

Hi,

Thank you for your response.

Friday was a holiday but not any more. I did a new workschedule with Friday working and Saturday & Sunday off. The same is now reflecting in the profile too but even after this when I go to apply leave on behalf of employee Friday is not deducting.

There is no absence counting method assign to new work schedule.

Do you want me to creat one and associate?
