Leave Request status as "Error" in PTARQ while posting

Hi All,

We are currently facing the issue with Leave Request in few cases, when the Approver is approving the leave request of the employee thru Fiori, the request is getting approved and while posting the status is getting changed to ERROR due to some unknow reasons. Also the leave record is not getting created in IT2001.

If we look in to the PTREQ_HEADER table, we have 3 records with status - SENT version 1, APPROVED version 2 and ERROR with version 3 instead of POSTED. And when the user check his Employee's Fiori Leave App shows Overview Leave details - Same leave request is appearing with Status as ERROR.

Any idea of this error, to change the error record to post.
