Dear Experts,
URGENT::
We have completely configured the system for leave encashments applications through ESS.
But the client requirement now says there has to be different Leave encashment quota for different Employee sub-groups.
Example: Chairman must be able to encash minimum of 1 earned leave and maximum of 12 earned leaves in 1 Calander year.
All the other employees must be able encash minimum of 15 earned leaves and maximum of 30 earned leaves in 2 Calander years.
This is not related to quotas. It is only concerned with how many leaves one can encash in given time.
How do I configure this for regular employees and that should reflect in their ESS portal while applying.?
Request clarification before answering.
