Leave Balance

Can i ask advise to our TM GURU's an advice as i am facing error "You have insufficient leave balance" when:

1. i apply for leave on 14.11.2019(earlier date from recent approve leave as above in yellow highlights)

2. when there is an existing approve leave Casual Leave on 28.12.2019 to 29.12.2019 (this is after 14.11.2019 as above)

3. even though i have enough entitlement to utilize(Casual Leave 0.50 and Vacation Leave 13.50)

Hi,

Which leave you are applying on 14.11.2019? Have you checked all leave data for this employee(portal+R/3). Usually there is some data inconsistency for these errors.
