Hi All,
I do have a requirement where my client is looking for both Annual and Monthly frequency to be happened for same leave type.
For e.g - 20 days of leave to be added in bulk for 1st year and from 2nd year onwards same 20 days will be added on monthly basis.
If anyone have ever achieved such scenario, please do let me know.

If you aim to achieve that on the same time account type, that is impossible as the setting only permits annual OR monthly in that sense. The only way to potentially work with that is having a hire rule that adds the full amount as a one off and the accrual rule to do nothing in the first year (so does a check on the hire date vs. the date of today) and then adds 20/12 every month.
