Learning Site users - Set up start- & end-date for user access

Hi all, 

I'm researching the possibility to set up a time limit for access to the learning only site. 

The idea would be to set a start- or end date for a user to the learning-only site. Is it possible to restrict access to the learning site for certain users after a certain period of time? 

For example : User Y only has access to the learning site until 31/03/2024. From that day onwards they should be unable to login.

So far the only thing that I can find is to manually inactivate the user in the UI or via a bulk upload, but I'd like to find a more automated way of doing this process.
