Learning Reports and Assignments in Enable Now

Hello everyone, I have a question about Learning Reports and Assignments.

I have a client that is trying to see user progress, tracking is active and assignments have been made to the Learner role; However it does not seem to be tracking progress for Learners, am I missing a step?

BTW, we are on the latest version of Cloud and have SSO activated. Users are auto-assigned a Learner role at log in.

Hi Robert,

There is nothing obvious in what you mention to identify what is going wrong. Can you please do the following:

1. Open Producer
2. Open Resources > Adaptable Resources and start editing the Playback Settings
3. Double click the Playback Settings object
4. Open the Book Reader > Tracking (General) settings
5. Ensure that the Tracking Back End value is set to Manager
6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 for the Simulation modes that you want to track, e.g. Demo Mode
7. Save the changes, if you made any
8. Finish Editing the Playback Settings and Publish the changes. You must publish the modified Playback Settings
9. Consume some content out of Manager again
10. Check the reports again.

If this is still not working, I suggest that you raise a ticket because it sounds to me like your setup is correct.
