Learning Reports and Assignments in Enable Now

Hello everyone, I have a question about Learning Reports and Assignments.

I have a client that is trying to see user progress, tracking is active and assignments have been made to the Learner role; However it does not seem to be tracking progress for Learners, am I missing a step?

BTW, we are on the latest version of Cloud and have SSO activated. Users are auto-assigned a Learner role at log in.

Hi Robert,

Are you running the Lessons by Assignment or User by Assignment report(s) in Manager? Are you trying to track the consumption of Simulations or Books and what is the structure of the content that you are trying to track? Has the Assignment record been created on a Book or Group object and has the Identity value on the Assignment been set to the Learners role or Root Group organisational unit? Just need a little more detail to be able to identify why the tracking information is not being displayed.

We have been trying all of the following reports:User Report, User by Assignment, User by Progress, Lesson Report, Lesson by Assignment, and Lesson Step Report.

We are attempting to track Simulations and Books

Content is contained in a folder structure based on functional workstream. Assignments to "Learners" are assigned to folder groups and books
