Hello,
we have modified a learning history report in the PRD: from the preview it is correct and the data is extracted in the way we expected, but when we import it in test environment and try to download it, the following error message appears:
"Status Failed
The system was unable to generate your report due to an error. You can try again, or contact your system administrator for more information and assistance."
Can you help us understand how to solve?
